30 seconds of db swings
30 seconds of push-ups

Each exercise is a “station,” and each athlete rotates through all the stations during the round.
This circuit was a good test of our athletes’ strength endurance, and they came through with gritty performances. They maintained their form throughout and kept the intensity level high, not taking it easy to just get through the round.
